And that’s a promise you can trust. Last year, 99.8% of our buildings were delivered on time and on budget – compared with a construction-industry average of only 63% on time and 49% on budget.

To give you complete confidence in this pledge, we even promise that if we ever fail to deliver your building on time or to the agreed contract sum, you will be entitled to an additional 24 months’ product warranty on your building.

Canadian Timber Homes UK is committed to providing you with a building service that goes beyond your expectations. That’s why we have developed our unique Customer Charter that sets out the exceptional service levels we provide at all times.

You can expect:

  • The building to be available for occupation on time.
  • The building to be provided to the agreed contract sum.
  • A service response within 24 hours from our Customer Services Team.
  • A response by one of our staff within 12 hours of their initial enquiry.
  • An initial project proposal within a mutually agreed time scale.
  • To be included in a customer care programme.
  • To deal with 'real' people - not an automated call centre.
  • To receive a 25-year product warranty.
  • To receive a 25-year structural warranty.
  • To receive a Life Time warranty on external finishes
  • The building to have BBA certification.

And Our Customer Care Programme includes:

  • A customer service interview after building hand-over.
  • Regular mailings – giving you the very latest developments in the modular building industry.
  • Regular contact at predefined intervals.
  • Access to our after sales team for any service issues or to discuss further development of your building needs.
